You can initiate a self-assessment to evaluate your job performance. You might use it as a career development activity to assess yourself against other jobs in the organization.
Step 1. Go to assessments
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Expand Assessments and click My Assessments.
Step 2. Click self-assess
Click the Self-Assess button on the top right of the page.
Step 3. Select a job
Click a plus icon to expand a job group in the index and select a job OR select Unassigned Assessments from the bottom of the index.
Step 4. Choose perform
Point to an assessment and click its gear icon on the right side of the page. Select Perform Assessment.
Step 5. Read introduction
Select the language you want to complete the assessment in and click Next. Review the rating scale that's being used and click Next again.
Step 6. View competencies
Read the behavioural statement or question. If available, click the information icon to view the competency.
Step 7. Answer questions
Select the level you think you're performing at. Click Next once you’ve completed a page. You’ll be able to return to that page using the Previous button.
Step 8. Review answers
If you see a warning symbol on the Review page, that means a question is incomplete. Click the question name to return to it and select a response. Click the Review Complete button at the bottom of the page.
Step 9. Save or submit
Click Save and Close to save your answers without submitting the assessment so you can still make changes OR click Submit. You can't change your answers after clicking Submit.
