Dispatched plans need to be based on templates. You can create a generic template that applies to multiple jobs, or templates that are specific to single jobs.
Step 1. Go to manage templates
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Click the expand icon beside Development or Performance in the main menu and choose Manage Templates.
Step 2. Click create
Click the Create Template button on the top right of the page.
Step 3. Enter details
Enter a title for the template (used as the plan title for all plans dispatched from the template until the plan managers edit the plan titles). Select a plan type. If you're creating this template for a specific job, leave the Generic option unselected. If you want to use this template with plans for multiple jobs, select the Generic option. Click Next.
Step 4. Add goals
Select the goals to use and a group and type for each one if they're already listed. OR point to the gear icon and click Create Goal. Select the goal group (if applicable) and goal type and click Continue. Enter the goal title, select any additional details (if applicable) that are relevant to this template, and click Save. Repeat this step to create more goals.
Step 5. Set weights
If you based the template on a plan type that uses weighted scoring, point to the gear icon at the top of the page and choose Set Weights. Enter a percentage for each goal group and click Confirm.
Step 6. Click confirm
Once the template contains all of the required goals, click Confirm. The template is listed in the Generic table OR under the appropriate job.
Step 7. Copy a generic template to jobs
Return to the Manage Templates page. Point to the template gear icon and choose Copy to Selected Jobs. Leave the Auto-publish option selected. Choose the Select All option or select specific jobs and then click Continue. The template is listed under the selected jobs.
