Tags are keywords you can add to competencies so they're easy to organize, browse, and search for. You could tag customized competencies as "Custom" so searching for the "Custom" tag brings up a list of all your customized competencies. You could also combine tags. For example, tagging competencies with both "Transportation" and "Warehousing" would provide more specific search results.
Step 1. Go to administration
Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen to go to Administration.
Step 2. Open tags
Click the expand icon beside Features in the Administration menu and choose Tags.
Step 3. Choose create
Point to the gear icon on the top right of the page and choose Create Tag.
Step 4. Name the tag
Enter a name and click Save.
Step 4. Go to libraries
Click the home icon on the top left of your screen and then click Libraries in the main menu.
Step 5. Open a competency
Click a library tile to open it and select the competency you want to tag.
Step 6. Switch to edit mode
Click the pencil icon on the top right corner of the competency and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Step 7. Apply the tag
Start typing in the name of your tag in the Tags field and select it in the drop-down (it’s saved automatically).
