Create assessments all at once for jobs that don't already have an associated assessment.
Step 1. Go to assessments
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Click the expand icon beside Assessments in the main menu and choose Manage Assessments.
Step 2. Click create
Click the Create button on the top right of the page and choose Assessments for Unassigned Jobs.
Step 3. Select a mode
Select grouped, ungrouped, or whole competency. Read the In depth vs whole competency article if you're not sure which one to use. Keep in mind that you can later change grouped/ungrouped to whole competency, but you can't switch whole competency back to grouped/ungrouped.
Step 4. Select the initial status
Select Enabled if you want to be able to dispatch the assessments right away.
Step 5. Assign a scale and target
For In-depth assessments, select a rating scale and target. Choose whether or not to display the Rating Scale Review Page at the start of the assessment.
Step 6. Specify details
Select the type of comment box to include on questions. You'll be able to modify the comment boxes on individual questions after creating assessments. Choose whether to make responses mandatory or to allow N/A responses and click Next.
Step 7. Select content documents
Select the default document as the introduction and conclusion for the on-screen assessment and for the downloaded report. Or select a document you've created yourself. To learn more about creating your own documents, read the Edit or create content documents article.
Step 8. Decide who can view the report
Select who will be be able to access the report once the assessment is complete. Manager and Creator or Creator Only are best practice.
Step 6. Select report sections and assessment access
Select which sections to generate for the report. Select which security profiles have permission to view, edit, and delete the assessment. Click Create.
