An assessment group is a reusable bank of assessment questions. These questions are created by the software administrators and aren't associated to competencies by default. You can associate the questions to competencies, or they can remain general assessment questions.
Step 1. Go to question groups
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Expand Assessments and click Question Groups.
Step 2. Click create
Point to the gear icon on the top right of the page and select Create Question Group.
Step 3. Enter details
Enter a name, a description, and click Save.
Step 4. Add questions
Scroll to the Assessment Questions table. Point to the gear icon and select Create Question to add a new question directly to this group.
Step 5. Assign questions to this group
To move existing questions into this group, click Question Groups in the main menu. Point to the gear icon of the group you created and select Assign Ungrouped Questions to Group.
Step 6. Select questions
Select the questions you want to add to the group and click Save.
