CompetencyCore helps align your organization’s training material, courses, and other learning resources to support development activities for specific competencies and proficiency levels.
Step 1. Go to view resources
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen and click Learning Resources. If there are more options listed below Learning Resources in the menu, choose View Resources.
Step 2. Choose 'select library item'
Point to the gear icon on the top right of the page and choose Select Library Item.
Step 3. Select competencies
Select a library and groups in the drop-downs, select competencies, and click the close icon . The competencies appear in the Search by Library Item table.
Step 4. Select levels
Select levels for each competency.
Step 5. Add additional filters
Select the resource type you're looking for and enter a search term in the Resource Keywords field. If there's multiple languages installed on your site, select a language.
Step 6. Click search
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Search button.
