Before you begin
Interview guides are documents with questions (often based on competencies) that you can use to conduct behavioural interviews. If you associate an interview guide to a job profile, you can add questions associated to competencies that are associated to that job profile (job-related questions). You can also create your own questions and add them to a guide.
You can export two types of guides. An interview guide is for the person conducting the interview.
A candidate guide is for the person being interviewed so they can review the questions before the interview. The candidate guide includes the same questions as the interview guide, but doesn't include the introduction content document, probes, additional information in a question, or the conclusion content document.
In this article, you'll learn how to view published interview guides.
Finding my way around
All of your interview guides are stored in the Interview module. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of your screen and then click Interview Guides in the main menu to access them. You'll see an index and you can click a job group to expand the list of job profiles in that group.
From the index, you can click a job profile to see its associated interview guides.
Exporting interview guides
Point to the interview guide gear icon and choose Export to PDF or View Candidate Guide in PDF. The PDF file downloads in your browser and is stored in your default Downloads location.
