You can only export reports of completed assessments.
Step 1. Go to dispatch history
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Click the expand icon beside Assessments in the main menu and choose Dispatch History.
Step 2. Select assessment
Click the Service drop-down and select Assessment.
Step 3. Select the start and end dates
This step is optional. Click the calendar icon to select the dispatch start and end dates.
Step 4. Select a search type
Select My dispatches only or All dispatches to include dispatches created by other users.
Step 5. Click search
Click the Search button below the filters. A list of assessments appear in the search results.
Step 6. Choose export
Point to the assessment gear icon and choose View Report.
Step 7. Select content
Select the content to include in the report and click Generate. The file downloads in your browser.
