Step 1. Go to manage questions
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Expand Interview Guides and click Manage Questions.
Step 2. Select a competency
Click the plus icon to expand a group in Library Items index and select a competency to see the questions associated to it.
Step 3. Select add to interview guide
Point to the question and click its gear icon on the right side of the page. Select Add to Interview Guide.
Step 4. Select a guide
Select the interview guide to add the question to and click the Add button at the bottom of the window.
