Step 1. Go to manage questions
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Click the expand icon beside Interview Guides in the main menu and choose Manage Questions.
Step 2. Select a competency
Click the plus icon to expand a group in Library Items index and select a competency to see the questions associated to it.
Step 3. Choose 'add to interview guide'
Point to the question gear icon and choose Add to Interview Guide.
Step 4. Select a guide
Select the interview guide to add the question to and click the Add button at the bottom of the window.
