Step 1. Go to tests
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen and click Item Bank in the main menu.
Step 2. Open a group
Select the group where you stored the test in the index.
Step 3. Click the test
Click the name of the test you want to add sections and pages to.
Step 4. Open the navigator
Click the pencil icon on the far right of the canvas to open the navigator.
Step 5. Add or edit sections
Click Add section or click a section tile to make changes. You can customize the name and enter a time limit. Turn on Randomize pages to reorder pages within this section when a user is performing the test.
Step 6. Select a section type
For the first and last sections of the test, you can also select a type. All sections are Normal by default. But to exclude the first and last sections from the overall test time limit, change their type to Introduction and Conclusion. Time limits cannot be assigned to these section types. Click Save.
Step 7. Add, rearrange, or delete sections and pages
Click Add page and a new page is added to the last section of the test. Click and drag a page or sections to change its place in the test. The page numbers are reordered automatically. Click the remove icon below a page or section tile to delete it from the test.
Step 8. Click Save
Click the Save checkmark to exit the navigator.
Sections with time limits are labeled with a clock icon so you won't forget which ones are timed.
