Corporate goals are used in plans but stored in Administration. They're typically modified after being copied to a plan. For example, if the corporate goal is to increase revenue by 20%, a user's goal copied from the corporate goal would be modified to represent their individual contribution to that overall goal.
Step 1. Go to administration
Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen.
Step 2. Open corporate goals
Click the expand icon beside Features in the Administration menu and choose Corporate Goals.
Step 3. Select a plan type
Click Development Plans or Performance Plans in the index and select a plan type. If you don't have one already set up, follow the steps in the Create a plan type article.
Step 4. Click the gear icon
Click the gear icon on the top right of the page and click Create Corporate Goal.
Step 5. Select a goal type
Select a goal type and click Continue. The goal group will be chosen when this goal is added to a plan.
Step 6. Enter details
Fill in the goal details (which depend on the goal type) and click Save.
