Step 1. Go to dispatches
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Expand Assessments and click Dispatches.
Step 2. Find the dispatch
Select In progress in the Status filter and select the dispatches.
Step 3. Click send reminders
Click the Send Reminders button on the top right of the page and click OK to confirm.
The participant receives the following message:
"Our records indicate that you have not yet completed an assessment that was recently dispatched to you. Please use the link below to complete the assessment."
