Automatic reminders: You can set these up if you're using Quick Dispatch. On the final step of creating the dispatch, you'll be able to set how often reminders are sent to incomplete participants. Participants receive an email with this message: "Our records indicate that you have not yet completed an assessment that was recently dispatched to you. Please use the link below to complete the assessment."
Bulk reminders: Go to Assessments > Dispatches and select In progress in the Status filter. Select the checkbox beside assessments and click Send Reminders on the top right of the table (this button only appears if you've selected In progress in the Status filter). Click OK to confirm. Participants receive an email with the same message used for automatic reminders.
Individual reminders: Go to Assessments > Dispatches and select In progress in the Status filter. Click the external link icon in the Participants column. Point to a participant who has not submitted the assessment and click the 3-dot icon . Select Send Reminder. A new window opens where you can customize the reminder message and click Send.
