Step 1. Go to reminders
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Click the expand icon beside Assessments in the main menu and choose Reminders.
Step 2. Send bulk reminders
Select assessments in the Incomplete Dispatched Assessments table and click Send. Reminders are only sent to participants who haven't completed these assessments. You can't queue up more reminders until these reminders finish sending.
Step 3. Send a reminder to just one participant
Click Details in the Participant column. Point to the participant gear icon and choose Send Reminder.
Step 4. Edit the message
Make any changes needed to the title or the message and click Send.
