As we’ve improved CompetencyCore job descriptions, individual users are now able to define their accomplishments in more detail than ever before. Now they can create a well-rounded personal profile that displays their achievements.
There are plenty of settings to customize how Profile works and what it looks like for your organization. Users can define roles and benefit from powerful customization to reflect your unique culture and needs. Optional validation settings let you set the pace and process for getting up and running quickly!
As users complete their profile, they'll see the jobs they match to in your organization. On the redesigned Job Matches page, we’ve provided a new window that shows how closely a user matches to a job. The visual displays of data give this module a user-friendly look and feel.
In Profile, we’re providing your employees with their own tool kit of competencies, knowledge areas, education, certifications, and languages.
Users can take stock of their attributes and organize them in a meaningful way. This makes it easy for them to promote their abilities and knowledge, and have an objective, standardized format to do so. Administrators and management will appreciate the ability to clearly see their employees’ qualifications and makes it easier to place the right people in the right jobs. They will be able to better understand their employees’ capabilities and support them in achieving success.
Now your employees have their own dedicated space in the software to refer to and to build on, resulting in benefits for your entire organization. The Profile module allows employees to take full advantage of CompetencyCore’s Career Pathing capabilities, which we will cover in the following article.
