Accessing the settings
- Click the gear icon on the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Select a category under General Settings.
- Make your changes and click Save.
What can I modify?
|Site||Time zone||Select a time zone (all dates and times will be converted).|
|Currency symbol||Enter the localized currency symbol.|
|Default country for new users||Select the default country for new users.|
|Default security profile||Select the default security profile assigned to all users.|
|Company||Company name||Enter the name of your company for notifications, SSO logins, and manuals.|
||Enter the path to your JPG or PNG logo file (maximum width 150 pixels).|
|Company logo URL||Enter the URL that opens when you click the company logo (include http:// before the URL).|
|Company logo URL||Opens the company logo URL in a new tab.|
|Features||Auto-populate detailed descriptions||Copy a scale’s description field content into the detailed description field if it's left empty.|
|Replace WYSIWYG editor||Replace the WYSIWYG editor with a text box.|
|Enable tags||Use tags to identify library items.|
|Home||Homepage display||Select what to display as the homepage for users.|
|Category for homepage content||Select the content category to use for the homepage.|
|Homepage content||Select the document to display on the homepage.|
|Classic Dashboard – mandatory elements||Select elements to include on the dashboard.|
|Classic Dashboard – number of columns||Enter the number of columns to display on the dashboard (maximum of 12).|
|Classic Dashboard – maximum broadcast messages||Select the maximum number of broadcast messages on the dashboard (not including priority messages).|
|Languages||Available languages||Select languages to make available in the site.|
|Default language||Select the default language. Users can select a different language in their settings.|
|Notifications||Email notifications||Receive notifications by email. This setting does not overwrite the "Imported accounts notification" setting and has no effect on password reset emails.|
|Default email "from" address||Enter the default email address for email notifications.|
|Default email "from" name||Enter the default sender's name for email notifications.|
|Automated reminder interval||Enter the frequency (in days) for reminders sent to users about plans, surveys, or inventory validation requests.|
|Imported accounts notification||Send automated emails to users when their accounts are imported.|
|Deleted participants notification||Notify participants who haven’t completed an assessment that their participation isn’t required.|
|Social||Classic Dashboard – enable Twitter data collection||Collects tweets for your selected Twitter accounts.|
|Twitter accounts||Enter the accounts below.|
|Classic Dashboard – enable Socialcast collection||Collect Socialcast data.|
|Socialcast address||Enter the web address for your company's Socialcast site.|
|Socialcast username||Enter the Socialcast username that has access to your company's stream.|
