You can create a custom list of competencies and search for users that match your list.
Step 1. Go to custom matches
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Click the expand icon beside Inventory in the main menu and choose Custom Matches.
Step 2. Choose 'add items to search'
Point to the gear icon on the top right of the page and choose Add Items to Search.
Step 3. Select competencies
Select a library and group in the drop-downs, select competencies, and click Search.
Step 4. Filter your search
Scroll to the Filter by Library Item table and select the requirement and level for each competency.
Step 5. Review the results
Click the Search button and review the search results.
