This field was removed in February 2018 when we introduced new types of libraries to describe jobs. The detailed description is not available on new jobs or jobs where the field used to be blank. If you've already added a detailed description, it appears at the bottom of the job description on-screen and replaces the job summary in PDF and Word exports.
