If you're going to create a job description library, we recommend moving all of your competencies into one library.
Step 1. Go to libraries
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen and click Libraries in the main menu.
Step 2. Manage a library
Click the gear icon on the library holding competencies that you want to move.
Step 3. Choose move group
Point to a group and click its 3-dot icon on the right side of the page. Choose Move Group.
Step 4. Select a library
Select the library you're moving competencies to and click Move.
Repeat steps 3-4 for each group in the library.
Step 5. Go to manage libraries
Once you've moved all of the groups out of the library, you can delete it because it's just an empty container. Click Libraries in the main menu. Click the 3-dot icon on the top right of the page and choose Manage Libraries.
Step 6. Choose delete
Point to the library you just emptied and click the trash can icon . Click OK to confirm your request.
