Instead of creating your organization's structure, we can import the reporting hierarchy, but you should discuss this option with your Client Success Specialist. We'll provide you with an Excel Spreadsheet that has more required fields than the Users spreadsheet.
Before importing your organization, check the Import accounts notification setting. This setting determines if an email is automatically sent to new imported users. The email includes a username and a link to set a password. Click the gear icon on the top right corner of your screen. Click Settings in the Administration menu and click Notifications under General Settings. Turn the Import accounts notification setting on or off and click Save.
