|Once you've sent out some assessments, you'll want an easy way to see the progress being made. You might also want to know which users are creating assessments in your site. Anyone with permission to View Touchstone can see this type of information in Touchstone Reports.
In this article, you'll learn how to:
Expand Reports in the sidebar and choose Assessments. A pie chart appears showing the completion status for all of the assessments and all of the users in your site. You can filter this data by clicking the drop-down at the top of the page. Choose User or Status.
If you choose User, another field appears where you can search for a user name. Select a name in the drop-down and click the Submit button. The pie chart now displays only assessments assigned to that user like the example below. Anthony Dearmon has completed 3 assessments, canceled 3 assessments, and is currently working on 2 assessments.
Click the plus icon to add another filter (you can add as many as you'd like). If you select User in the drop-down again, you can add another user's name and click Submit. Now the pie chart shows all of Anthony's assessments AND all of Katie's assessments.
To filter this data even further, click the plus icon again and this time, select Status in the drop-down instead of User. Now we're seeing all of Anthony and Katie's assessments that have not yet been completed.
To clear up the display, you can always click Hide Filters on the top left of the page.
Expand Reports in the sidebar and choose Creators. You'll see a bar chart that displays all of the assessments created by users in your site. If an assessment is deleted, the count will be adjusted in the bar chart.
Print and download
You can print your report or export it to PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, CSV, or XLS. Click the menu icon on the top right of a chart and choose a print or download option. When you export a report, it downloads in your browser and is stored in your default Downloads location.
If you want to see more information, you can also choose the View data table at the bottom of the list. A table appears presenting the same data below your chart.
