It can be challenging to keep track of everything that needs to get done. You might have assessments to complete, surveys to respond to, and plans to review. We list your tasks in one place with a direct link to start or continue them so you can get straight to work instead of hunting through notification emails.
In this article, you'll learn how to:
- Navigate to your tasks.
- Filter your tasks.
- View your tasks in a widget on the dashboard.
1 Go to tasks
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen and click Tasks in the main menu.
Filter your tasks by open or completed status. Open tasks are ones you haven't started yet or you've started but haven't completed. You can also filter tasks by module. There are four modules your tasks might be part of. They're colour coded so you can quickly scan the list and know what you need to do:
- Development Plans
- Performance Plans
You can sort tasks by:
- Due date: Open tasks with the nearest due dates are listed first. If the task is due in three days or less, the font colour changes to orange. If the task is overdue, it changes to red.
- Completed date: the most recently completed tasks are listed first.
- Title: the tasks are ordered alphabetically.
On your dashboard, you might have a My Tasks widget or you might be able to add it. Click the Add Widgets button on the top right of the page and choose My Tasks if it's available.
The widget lists up to five open tasks ordered by due date. Click the Start or Continue button to work on a task. Once a task is complete, it no longer shows up in the widget.
To view closed tasks, click View All at the bottom of the widget to open the My Tasks page and select Completed in the Status filter.
