Step 1. Go to plans
Click the menu icon on the top left of your screen. Expand Development or Performance and click Plans.
Step 2. Find the plan
Find the plan you're commenting on. If you're participating as a manager, peer, or report, first select one of these options in the Assigned as filter.
Step 3. Choose Create Comment
Point to the 3-dot icon of a plan and choose Create Comment.
Step 4. Enter a comment
Type your comment in the textbox.
Step 5. Select a goal
Select a goal to apply your comment to a specific goal or leave this deselected to apply your comment to the overall plan.
Step 6. Choose public or private
Turn on the Private Comment switch to hide this comment from other participants.
Step 7. Click post
Click the Post button.
